Mr. Bandopadhyay, learned junior standing counsel appearing on behalf of the State respondents, submits that the cost of assessment for police help has been sent to the local police station and upon receipt of the same, the petitioner/bank shall be informed.

Under such circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the Superintendent of Police, Barasat Police District to intimate the cost to the petitioner within a month from date and thereafter the police authorities shall comply with the direction of the learned District Magistrate within a period of three months from deposit of the cost, unless the order of the District Magistrate under Section 14 of the Securitization &

Reconstruction of Financial Assets & Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 is either stayed or set aside by the competent court of law.

The petitioner is directed to communicate this order to the respondent nos.6 &7.

The writ petition is disposed of There will be, however, no order as to costs. All parties are to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
