The present revisional application has been preferred in respect of Money Execution Case No. 31 of 2021. The said execution case has been preferred at the instance of the wife for the arrears. The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that there has been change of circumstances. The learned advocate is directed to take recourse to appropriate provisions of law. There is no scope for interference in the present revisional application by this Court. Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 2293 of 2023 is dismissed.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
