This view is supported by the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing for the respondent Nos. 11 and 13, being the Chairman of Malda District Primary School Council who submits that the results of the verification could not be published due to the large number of candidates who had appeared for such verification. Learned counsel assures that the results will be published within a reasonable period of time.

WPA 15683 of 2021 is disposed of with the direction on the respondent Nos. 11 and 13 to publish

the results within eight weeks from date. The concerned authorities are also directed to take appropriate steps if the petitioner is found to have successfully qualified for the verification process.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned Advocates for the parties on the usual undertakings.
