WPA 15030 of 2022 is disposed of with the direction on respondent No. 3 to dispose of the representation within a period of three weeks from date by way of a reasoned order after hearing the petitioner. A copy of the reasoned order shall be made available to the petitioner within a week from the date of such reasoned order is passed.
