Mr. Bhattacharya, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioners and submits, his clients have made representation dated 26th June, regarding unauthorized construction being made by private respondents. He draws attention to page 19 of the petition, which is a photo of communication made by the Corporation to Officer-in-Charge, Thakurpukur P.S. regarding unauthorized construction being made, corresponding to the complaint/representation made by petitioners. The unauthorized construction has been described to be one storied building erected without sanction. Mr. Banerjee, learned advocate appears on behalf of the Corporation and confirms that his client had informed the Police to ensure the activity is stopped.

The Corporation will take steps regarding the unauthorized construction detected by them, in

accordance with law. Action must be taken within three weeks from date of communication of this order or written communication made to petitioners as to why they have decided not to take action.

With above direction this writ petition is disposed of.
