It is contended coaccuseds are on bail. Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail. We have considered materials on record. Statements of witnesses recorded under section 161/164 Cr.P.C show petitioner was present with arms at the place of occurrence. His prayer for bail was rejected earlier.

In view of the aforesaid facts, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
