The learned Counsel for the petitioner has prayed for an adjournment. 2.

The learned Counsel for the State has submitted that the petitioner has been declared as a proclaimed offender on 27th August, 2015 in view of Section 82 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

The order of proclamation and attachment was challenged before this Court being CRM 4128 of 2015 and the same was dismissed by the learned Singe Judge on 23rd December, 2015.

4. A copy of the said order is placed before us by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, which is also disclosed in the petition.

5. In view of the fact that the petitioner has already been declared as proclaimed offender, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. 7.

CRM (A) 2053 of 2024 is, thus, dismissed of.
