Having heard the learned advocates appearing for the petitioners and the State and having considered the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner no. 1, therein, we are unable to extend anticipatory bail to the petitioner no. 1 (Dipak Das). CRM 6420 of 2021 is, thus, rejected.
