From the report it appears that the mutation of relevant assessment records in favour of respondent nos.6 to 10 has already been recalled by the Corporation, by an order dated June 28, 2023 restoring the original position.

In that view of the matter, there is no justification to keep this matter pending.

Accordingly, WPA 14762 of 2023 is disposed of.

If the petitioners are aggrieved by the order dated June 28, 2023, they will be at liberty to challenge the same.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on compliance of usual legal formalities.
