1. It is submitted by the learned counsel the alleged contemnors that the petitioner has been requested on three occasions to submit documents.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has expressed certain doubts with regard to the documents.

3. This Court is of clear view that the petitioner doubts on the documents sought for by the alleged contemnors, are baseless. If the petitioner does not comply with the requisition and rules of the respondents, the Court cannot come to the aid of the petitioner.

4. With the aforesaid observations, CPAN 983 of 2024 shall stand disposed of.

5. Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

6. There shall be no order as to costs.

7. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
