From the report filed in Court today by the engineers of the KMC, Building Department, BoroughVI, it appears that the order of demolition dated 8th December, 2022 has been carried in appeal before the statutory appellate forum and the said appeal is pending consideration before the Municipal Building Tribunal vide BT Appeal No. 217 of 2022.

As it appears that the order of demolition is pending scrutiny before the statutory appellate forum, accordingly, it will be open for the petitioner to take appropriate necessary steps before the said forum, if so advised.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
