It is submitted there is no direct evidence connecting the petitioners with the alleged crime. Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail. We have considered materials on record. Statements of witnesses prima facie disclose role of the petitioners in the murder. Keeping in mind the aforesaid facts and gravity of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
