1. This matter has come at the instance of the learned counsel for the State for correction of the name of the counsel for the State appeared on 21st June, 2024.

2. It appears that the name of the counsel "Mr. Saibal Bapuli and Mr. Saibal Dasgupta" has been recorded for the State on 21st June, 2024 instead of "Mr. Bitasok Banerjee & Mr. Soham De Dhara". The name of "Mr. Saibal Bapuli and Mr. Saibal Dasgupta" shall stand deleted by replacing the name of the counsel for the State "Mr. Bitasok Banerjee & Mr. Soham De Dhara".

3. Let this correction be incorporated in the order dated 21st June, 2024.

4. The server copy shall be corrected accordingly.

5. The other portion of the order dated 21st June, 2024 shall remain unaltered.
