1. The present application is for recall of the order dated November 22, passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court, dismissing the writ petition for default.

2. It is seen from the order sheet that when the present application was taken up for hearing on August 25, 2023, none appeared at the time of call.

3. Even today, at the time of call, none appears to move the application for recall.

4. Accordingly, C.A.N. 1 of 2023 is dismissed for default without, however, any order as to costs.

5. Since the writ petition, bearing W.P.A. No. 15690 of 2021 stood already dismissed for default, no further order need be passed in that regard.
