The petitioners' representation before the Block Land and Land Reforms Officer, Namkhana is pending consideration for a considerable period of time. 4.

Without entering into the merit of the claim of the petitioners, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the concerned Block Land and Land Reforms Officer to consider and dispose of the prayer of the petitioners in accordance with law, after giving a reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the necessary parties by passing a reasoned order at the earliest but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

The reasoned order shall be communicated to the parties immediately thereafter.

All the necessary parties shall be provided opportunity to rely upon all documents in support of their respective stand at the time hearing.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
