The report as directed by the order dated November 19, 2024 is filed on behalf of the District Inspector of Schools (P.E), Birbhum, the respondent no. 7 herein, let it be kept with the record.

It appears from the said report that the pension papers of the petitioner, after clearing the objection raised by the Director of Pension, Provident Fund and Group Insurance, Government of West Bengal has been resubmitted.

The said authority is, therefore, directed to take forward steps for issuance of Pension Payment Order in favour of the petitioner in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

W.P.A. 15883 of 2024 is disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs.

Since no affidavit has been invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed to have been denied by the respondents. Parties to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
