The allegation of the petitioners, therefore, is not substantiated. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners, however, alleges various illegalities in obtaining the sanctioned plan.

There is no scope in this writ petition to decide the validity of the sanctioned plan.

Accordingly, WPA 14856 of 2025 is disposed of.

The petitioners will be at liberty to take steps in accordance with law to challenge the sanctioned plan. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the learned advocates for the parties on usual undertakings.
