1. None for the petitioner.

2. The petitioner has prayed that a Mandamus be issued to take action against alleged illegal construction of ten buildings in the area of Kolkata Municipal Corporation.

3. The owners of the said ten buildings have not been impleaded as party respondents.

4. Thus, in absence of impleadment of necessary parties, interference is declined.

5. It is worth noting that petitioner has not chosen to argue this matter since 2022.

6. On July 18, 2022 the petitioner was absent. On 20th September, 2022 she prayed for time. On 13.12.2022 also she did not argue the matter and prayed for time to file affidavit of service.

7. The In-charge Officer of Registry by communication dated 22.02.2023 recorded that no affidavit of service has been filed.

8. Thus, it appears that the petitioner has lost interest in the matter and perhaps cause does not survive.

9. For these cumulative reasons, the admission is declined.

10. Accordingly, this PIL is dismissed.
