The controversy is going to be settled because of the interference and good gesture of the Chairman, West Bengal Central School Service Commission, which this court appreciates. The School Service Commission has decided to recommend the petitioner to the vacancy in Geography (Normal Section) in Mohishpota Girls' High School, North 24 Parganas which was kept blocked for the petitioner. The transfer recommendation

letter has not been issued by the Commission for the pendency of this writ application and they are waiting for the final order of this court.

Hence, I direct the School Service Commission to issue transfer recommendation to the petitioner within a period of ten days from the date of communication of this order.

The West Bengal Board of Secondary Education is directed to issue appointment letter to the petitioner following the recommendation of the School Service Commission within a period of seven days from the date of receipt of the said recommendation. After receiving the appointment letter the petitioner will join the Mohishpota Girls' High School within the time given in the appointment letter and Mohishpota Girls' High School will cooperate with the petitioner in every manner and will not create any impediment for the joining of the petitioner in that school.

With the above observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of with the hope and expectation that the order passed today will be complied with by the authorities and the school without any violation of this order. A report on the part of the Commissioner of School Education has been filed which is kept on record.

Commissioner of School Education for the special reasons which was prevailing in the court, is dispensed with.
