Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody for a considerable period of time. Police submitted charge sheet and, therefore, further detention of the petitioner is not required.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that commercial quantity of Yava tablets was seized from the joint possession of the petitioner.

Considering that commercial quantity of contraband was seized from the joint possession of the petitioner, we are unable to grant prayer for bail to the petitioner.
