The revisional application has been preferred praying for expeditious disposal of the Title Suit being Title Suit No. 276 of 2013 pending before the learned Civil Judge(Jr. Divn.), 3rd Court, Howrah.

It appears that the suit before the Trial Court is a suit for declaration and injunction and is pending since 2013.

Considering the relief prayed for service is dispensed with and the revisional application is disposed of with the direction that the Trial Court shall make all endeavour to dispose of the suit expeditiously preferably within 6 months from the date of this order. 5.

CO 2137 of 2024 is disposed of.
