The petitioner seeks inter-district mutual transfer with the respondent no. 10 from Dakshin Dinajpur to North 24 Parganas.

In the above circumstances, the Secretary, WBBPE shall in consultation with the DPSCs, Dakshin Dinajpur and North 24 Parganas, pass appropriate order on the application for mutual transfer, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order along with the copy of the writ petition.

If there is need for ascertaining the confirmation of the service of the petitioner or the respondent no. 8, the same may be obtained from the concerned DPSCs and/or the DI concerned by the WBBPE.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
