The petitioner's grievance is that she is not getting any opportunity to complete the six-month bridge course which is required for her service. The concerned District Inspector of Schools has intimated through the learned advocate Mr. Ziaur Rahamn that at present there is no availability of such training in the State as the training would be conducted by the West Bengal of Primary Education after receiving permission from NCTE, a central authority. It is a government policy matter. In this situation the

petitioner will be assured that she would be deputed for this training as and when the training will start in the State as well as districts.

On the basis of such assurance, I say that as of now no disturbance should be created as to the service of the petitioner and this court believes that the concerned office of the District Inspector of Schools will keep their words as has been intimated to this court through their learned advocate.

With the above observation and expectation, this writ application is disposed of.
