The opposite party shall not be prejudiced by an order of expeditious disposal of the matter pending before the learned revisional forum. The petitioner has assailed an order passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barasat on September 14, 2022 in connection with the M. Case No. 600 of 2021 granting interim maintenance to the minor son of the petitioner to the tune of Rs.

7500/- per month before the learned Additional District Judge. As the revisional application is pending before the learned Additional District Judge, 5th Court, Barasat, North 24- Parganas since 2023, the learned Judge is directed to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible, preferably within two months from the next date of hearing fixed before him without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either party, in accordance with law.

This Court is informed that though the Court was lying vacant for some time, it is presently presided over by learned judicial officer.

CRR No. 2413 of 2024 is disposed of accordingly. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
