The defendants in a suit for permanent injunction are the petitioners of the present application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.

The petitioners are praying for a direction upon the learned Trial Judge for expeditious disposal of the connected suit.

The suit was filed only on July 8, 2020, therefore, at this stage the direction as prayed for is not warranted. CO 1728 of 2021 is disposed of with the above observation.

However, there shall be no order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the party subject to compliance of all requisite formalities.
