This is the fourth application for grant of bail. State is represented.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that there is a misconduct of the prosecution at the trial on behalf of the prosecution.

Whether or not there is a misconduct of the prosecution at the trial need not be decided at this stage. There is hardly any material change in circumstances from the earlier order of rejection of the bail.

CRM 6437 of 2021 is dismissed accordingly.
