Vaisya Mr. Ranjan Saha ... for the State The petitioner submits that in respect of this family pension matter some objections were raised by Director of Pension Provident Fund and Group Insurance in respect of which the required documents etc. have already been sent and, according to the petitioner, the DPPG is satisfied with that. Therefore, now the only thing which is pending is issuance of Pension Payment Order.

Learned advocate for the State submits that the Pension Payment Order will be issued by four weeks from date.

This court hopes and expects that the Pension Payment Order would be issued within the time as aforesaid.

With the said observation, the writ application is disposed of.
