AGP Mr. Diptendu Narayan Banerjee ... for the State-respondent(s) The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the private respondents are creating circumstances thereby not allowing her to stay at the village and, to that effect, the private respondents have also engaged antisocials. The petitioner claims that she has right over the property.

Learned advocate for the State submits a report which reflects that the dispute is between the brother and sister.

Police has been informed in the month of January, 2024.

So far as the issue relating to petitioner facing resistance is concerned,

the police authorities, at the relevant point of time, drew up a proceeding under Sections 107/116 (3) Cr.P.C.

If the petitioner again complains, the police authorities would oversee that no breach of peace and/or tranquility takes place as also no untoward incident results in respect of the apprehension expressed by the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 15764 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate for the petitioner.
