A report has been submitted by the State which reflects that the Settlement Agreement has not been sent to the Investigating Officer of the Case.

Having considered that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions of bail and there has been subsequent change of circumstances, I am of the opinion that the conditions so imposed while granting bail on 22.07.2025 be hereby waived. With the aforesaid observations, CRAN 2 of 2025 is allowed.
