The petitioner prays consideration of the representation filed in May, 2024 in response to the order passed by the District Inspector of Schools (Primary Education), Paschim Medinipur dated 7th May, 2024. The petitioner is a retired primary school teacher. He submits that he is entitled to certain claim which is unpaid till date. The details of his claim are mentioned in the representation filed by the petitioner. Without entering into the merit of the claim of the petitioner, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the District Inspector of Schools (Primary Education), Paschim Medinipur to consider and dispose of the said representation in accordance with law at the

earliest but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

If the claim of the petitioner is found to be proper, then necessary consequential steps shall be taken to release the same immediately thereafter.

Learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the representation dated 16th May, 2024 along with all supporting documents to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communicating the order of the Court.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
