The order proposed to be passed in the present application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India would not cause of any prejudice to the opposite parties, as such, service of notice of the present revisional application upon the said opposite parties is dispensed with. The plaintiffs in a suit for declaration are the petitioners of the present application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.

The plaintiffs are praying for a direction upon the learned Trial Judge for expeditious disposal of the connected Suit being Title Suit No. 92 of 2017.

It appears from the certified copy of the orders annexed with the revisional application that the suit is at the argument stage, therefore, there cannot be any plausible reason for deferring the disposal of the said suit. The learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Bishnupur at Bankura is requested to dispose of the aforesaid suit expeditiously, preferably within a period of two effective

working months of the Court below and in doing so shall not grant any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. The petitioner is required to serve a notice communicating this order upon the learned advocate representing the opposite parties in the Court below within a period of seven days from date.

CO 1729 of 2021 is disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the party subject to compliance of all requisite formalities.
