The petitioner is aggrieved by the factum of order dated 12.05.2023 passed in Criminal Appeal No. 09 of 2023. The petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.1,40,000/- (Rupees one lakh forty thousand) by 20.07.2023 as directed by the learned appellate court. In the event the petitioner deposits such amount, the learned appellate court would grant interim order in favour of the petitioner pending disposal of the appeal being Criminal Appeal No. 09 of 2023.

The learned Magistrate is directed not to execute the sentence till 20.07.2023 until and unless any direction is passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Purba Medinipur in Criminal Appeal No. 09 of 2023.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 2306 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
