ct. no. 34 CRR 2132 of 2012 (via video conference) Santanu Mondal -Vs- State of West Bengal The revisional application is yet to be admitted however, having regard to the contention advanced by the petitioner in the application, I am of the view that the same relate to issue of facts which are to be placed before the learned trial court. As such, no interference is required at this stage.

The petitioner is granted liberty to take up the points at the appropriate stage of the trial.

With the aforesaid observation, CRR 2132 of 2012 is disposed of.
