Criminal Revisional Jurisdiction 11-07-2023 Subha Item no. 28 Ct no.34 CRR 2424 of 2022 Jahangir Mondal -versus- The State of West Bengal The revisional application was preferred for expeditious disposal of C. Case No. N-29/21 arising out of Bongaon P. S. Case No. 95 of 2021 dated 22.02.2021.

Earlier, the revisional application appeared on 6th June, 2023 when none represented the petitioner. Today, when the matter has been called, none represented the petitioner. So far as the present revisional application is concerned, I find from the records which have been enclosed that the chemical examiner's report was not submitted before the special court which was on or about 3rd August, 2021 and last of the ordersheet dated 27th April, 2022 which has been enclosed also reflects the same. . In case the chemical examiner's report till date has not been submitted, the learned special court is directed to inform the jurisdictional Superintendent of Police for obtaining the chemical examiner's report. The learned trial court would thereafter consider the complicity of the petitioner for framing of charges and proceed with the trial of the case by taking initiative to complete the same within a reasonable period of time.

With the aforesaid observations, the present revisional

application being CRR 2424 of 2022 is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of. All concerned parties are to act in terms of a copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court.
