CO 2424 of 2019 is dismissed as infructuous.

The connected application being IA No: CAN 2 of 2021 is also dismissed accordingly.

However, there shall be no order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the party subject to compliance of all requisite formalities.
