However, the latter writ petition was disposed of on September 19, 2022, when the other writ petition was not enlisted.

Learned counsel for the Distribution Licensee, in their usual fairness, point out that, in view of the disposal of WPA No. 19188 of 2022 and consequential orders having been passed, there is nothing to be decided further in WPA No. 15801 of 2017.

In such view of the matter, WPA No. 15801 of 2017 is disposed of as infructuous without any order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
