Petitioner submits that she is the wife of the principal accused has been falsely implicated. Learned Advocate for the State opposes the bail prayer.

We have considered the materials on record. 1.7 kgs. of heroin was recovered from the house. Petitioner was present in the house and was conscious of the transaction in heroin as would be evident from the money trail between herself and the co-accused.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
