Banerjee, learned advocate for the petitioner files a report on compliance dated September 12, 2025 issued under the signature of the alleged contemnor, the same is taken on record. Copy has been made over to Mr. Zeeshanuz Zaman, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner today in Court.

The report shows that, the necessary enquiry has been carried out by the alleged contemnor with a finding of encroachment and then the report has

already been forwarded to the jurisdictional Assistant Engineer, PWD in compliance of the direction of this Court dated March 12, 2025.

Thus, the alleged contemnor has performed his obligation and complied the direction of this Court in so far as his part is concerned.

Accordingly, nothing further survives in this contempt proceeding as against the alleged contemnor.

Petitioner shall be at liberty to take further steps in so far as the rest of the direction is concerned, in accordence with law.

Accordingly, this contempt proceeding CPAN 1139 of 2025 stands dropped and closed as against the alleged contemnor.

Accordingly, CPAN 1139 of 2025 stands disposed of.
