2. The challenge made in this appeal is to the order dated 27th August, 2021, passed in WPA 11767 of 2021 wherein the grievance of petitioner was in relation to constitute a Special Investigation Team of Government of West Bengal. Learned Single Judge considered the report and opined that investigation is going on and directed that investigation be completed expeditiously.

3. It appears that by efflux of time the investigation must be over and parties have lost interest in the matter.

4. Thus, the intra-court appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.

5. With the dismissal of appeal, pending IA No: CAN/1/2021 is also dismissed.

6. Interlocutory order (if any) stands vacated.

7. No order as to costs.
