And Rejected In Re : Biman Das ..... petitioner Mr. Soumajit Chatterjee ...... for the petitioner Mr. R.R. Roychowdhury Mr. Mainak Gupta ...... for the State We have considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing alleged possession of narcotic substance above commercial quantity i.e. above 27.5 Kg. ganja from the petitioner. In view of the aforesaid facts and in the light of the statutory restrictions under Section 37 of the N.D.P.S. Act, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The application for bail is thus rejected.
