Petitioner had run over the victim resulting in his death. In view of the prima facie involvement of the petitioner in the alleged crime and as he does not stand on the same footing with the co-accused who have been released on bail, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. The application for bail is thus rejected.
