1. The revisional application has been preferred praying for quashing of the proceeding in NGR (Ex) No. 1888 of 2025 pending before the Learned Sub-Divisional Executive Magistrate, Sadar Court, Chinsurah, Hooghly under Sections 126/135 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 and all Orders passed therein, including the Impugned Order dated 08.05.2025 passed by the Learned Sub-Divisional Executive Magistrate.

2. Vide the order under challenge, the Learned Executive Magistrate has directed the petitioner to execute a bond of Rs.1,000/-. The order is in accordance with law and requires no interference by this Court.

3. CRR 2841 of 2025 is dismissed.

4. Applications, if any, connected thereto stand disposed of consequently.

5. Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis upon compliance of all formalities.
