Imtiaj Uddin ...for the petitioner The writ petitioner is aggrieved that the period of part-time service rendered with the Kaligati Memorial Women's College from September 1977 to October 1984, has not been taken into consideration by the concerned District Inspector of Schools, by calculating terminal benefits and length of service. The concerned District Inspector of Schools has found that no post was created in the earlier school where the petitioner claimed to serve as a part-time teacher.

In that view of the matter, this Court finds no infirmity with the impugned order.

Hence, the instant writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
