The order dated August 28, 2023 is mentioned for correction.

The 7th paragraph of the first page of the said order shall stand corrected to read as follows, "The respondents shall be entitled to withdraw the compensation amount from the Registrar General of the High Court at Calcutta as also the amounts lying with the Executing Court below.

Let the aforesaid correction be incorporated in the order dated August 28, 2023.

4.

The other parts of the said order shall remain unaltered.

5.

The Department is directed to make necessary corrections.

6.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
