Perused the case diary.

Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the statement of the victim, the statement of her sister and call tower location records, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner in this case. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail to the petitioner is rejected.
