Heard the learned Counsels appearing on behalf of the parties.

Petitioner renews his prayer for bail. He submits no narcotic substance was recovered from the vehicle driven by him.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits accused persons were travelling in two vehicles. Narcotic substance was found from one of the vehicle. Petitioner was the driver of the vehicle which was escorting the one carrying narcotics.

We have considered the materials on record. Conduct of the accused persons prima facie establish communality in the object of transporting narcotics above commercial quantity. His prayer for bail was rejected earlier.

In view of the aforesaid facts, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
