The petitioner is aggrieved that despite qualifying in the recruitment process of the year 2016 and having been appointed and working as Assistant Teacher, in a list published by the Board, the marks for his training qualification have not been included.

The petitioner claims to have obtained a D. El. Ed. certificate from Rashidiya Rani Sagari Teacher' s Education College, Bihar for the year 2012-14.

In those circumstances, this Court directs the Secretary of the West Bengal Board of Primary Education to consider the writ petition itself as a representation of the petitioner and take appropriate step for including the marks in the training qualification if he so eligible in accordance with the applicable rules.

Let a copy of this order along with the copy of the writ petition be served on the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education.

Let a decision in this regard be taken by the Board, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

8.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all formalities.
