It is contended that due to pandemic condition they were unable to comply with the condition of bail.
We are unable to accept such submission. Pandemic condition abated in 2022. Thereafter, petitioners failed to comply with the condition of bail.
In view of such conduct we are not inclined to waive the condition at present.
CRAN 1 of 2023 and CRAN 2 of 2023 are accordingly dismissed.
