Petitioner prays for anticipatory bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated. The incident arose out of an innocent love. There is no previous complaint as against the petitioner.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that the victim was 14 years of age when she committed suicide. He submits that the petitioner entered into a relationship with the victim. The petitioner made video photography of certain aspects of their relationship. The petitioner entered the house of the victim on two occasions threatening the victim to continue with the relationship or else the video photography would be made

viral on the social platform. He submits that the close circuit television footage of the petitioner entering into the house of the victim and threatening the victim was seized. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein as transpiring from the materials in the case diary, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 3338 of 2022 is dismissed.
