The petitioner seeks execution of a decree for declaration and permanent injunction through the help of the police, by filing this writ petition.

The writ Court cannot pass such orders.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of without any orders, as it is not for the police to execute such an inexecutable decree.

The remedy of the petitioner against the authorities, who are allegedly trying to take away the property of the petitioner, before any other court or forum is kept open. However, there will be no order as to costs.

All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
